Hawaii Pacific Health's Straub Pearlridge facility seeks a Patient Service Representative to deliver warm, friendly, and efficient clerical support across hospitals and clinics in West Oʻahu.
You will register patients, update records, handle fees and cash, and liaise between patients and clinical staff, requiring light medical terminology and basic computer skills. This on-site role offers stability and opportunities to contribute to high-quality care.

The Administration team works to ensure that all these services are delivered and managed in an efficient manner with friendly customer service.
As a Patient Service Representative, you will help to ensure that Straub Pearlridge patients and their families receive warm, friendly and considerate assistance at our hospitals and clinics. You will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff by facilitating clerical and reception responsibilities and assisting in a variety of administrative tasks. These include interviewing, registering, admitting, updating and creating patients’ medical records; performing accurate and timely processing of all professional/technical fees generated by department providers; and performing cash handling and collection. We are looking for someone sensitive and helpful, with excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
