Job summary

Endeavor Health Medical Group is seeking a Patient Service Representative - Float to support multiple sites within the Endeavor Medical Group network. This full-time role requires strong data entry, scheduling, and customer service skills, with healthcare knowledge and bilingual abilities valued.

The position includes a variable schedule, travel between sites, and benefits. Emphasis is on accurate patient data handling and excellent service across locations in Illinois.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associates degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.
• 2 years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$18.76 - $27.20 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Patient Service Rep - Float
• Float differential: $1.50/hour
  Location: Endeavor Health Medical Group Service Area
• Full Time 36 hours
• Hours: Hours Varies: M-F 7:00am-8:00pm, Sat 6:45am-3:15pm, Sun 6:45am-3:15pm. Varies based on clinic needs
• Required Travel: Yes - Multiple sites within Endeavor Medical Group

What you will need:

• High School or GED - Required
• Associates Degree Business Administration/Management Preferred
• 2 Years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Manual dexterity to operate various office machines
• Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual skills
• A valid driver's license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.
