Olympic Sports & Spine in Gig Harbor is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to join our clinic team. The role is 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with daytime hours. You will handle front-desk duties, verify insurance, schedule appointments, maintain patient charts, collect payments, and coordinate with billing and clinical staff.

The schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., for a total of 40 hours per week.

Process all activity related to OSS’s patient services. Patient service functions include phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, follow-up, maintaining charts, filing, and communication with referral sources. Performs other daily operating functions associated with the front desk position.
High School graduation or equivalent AND three years of experience in an appropriately related position OR Equivalent education/experience.
