Virginia Oncology Associates in Norfolk is hiring a Phone Scheduler to support radiation oncology offices from our Centralized Operations center. This full-time, in-person role handles inbound and outbound calls, patient scheduling, and coordination with clinical teams.
Responsibilities include scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments, updating patient demographics and records, and routing questions to the appropriate team while preserving HIPAA standards.

Compensation Range: $17.10/hr - $21.05/hr
