The US Oncology Network in Norfolk is seeking a Phone Scheduler to support all offices from our Centralized Operations office. This full-time, in-person role handles scheduling for patients and clinical teams, manages inbound calls, and ensures timely appointment coordination across sites.
Ideal candidates have receptionist or office experience, medical office exposure, and solid computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel.
Virginia Oncology Associates, the largest group of medical professionals in Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina devoted exclusively to cancer care and blood disorders, has an exciting opportunity for a Phone scheduler to support all of our offices based out of our Centralized Operations office located in Norfolk.

Compensation Range: $17.10/hr - $21.05/hr
Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
