Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers in Bridgeton, MO, is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator for a full-time role. You will greet patients, register families, and manage daily appointments in a fast-paced dental/medical environment.

You will provide patient forms and information, deliver friendly customer service, and route questions to the right team. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of front-desk experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume dental or medical office.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.

YOU WILL

• Greet and register patients and family members
• Manage appointments and daily schedule
• Manage and provide patients and their families with appropriate forms and informational documents
• Provide Customer service
• Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.

Preferred

• Strong background in patient care environment
• Background/experience with authorizations a big plus
