Responsibilities
  • Perform patient check-in/out procedures, including entering demographic and insurance information into the EMR system and collecting copays/balances.
  • Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and providers to maintain accurate demographic data and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Prepare charts for upcoming appointments and process medical records requests efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least one year of administrative experience in a medical office, preferably in a specialty practice.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Experience in Pain Management, Regenerative Medicine, or Orthopedics is strongly preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Satisfactory background check including driving, criminal, employment, education, and social security verification.
