The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) is a vital front-line role, delivering exemplary customer service to families, staff, and providers both in person and by phone. They ensure a positive patient and family experience by providing accurate information, managing patient registration and check-in efficiently, and supporting clinical operations. The PSC also serves as the clinic’s technology resource.
