If you enjoy being the first and last friendly face our patients see in the clinic, we want you to join our team.

About Us:

Our mission is to increase access to and improve the delivery of high-quality cancer care in America. As part of US Oncology, one of the nation's largest healthcare services networks dedicated exclusively to cancer treatment and research, we can quickly bring the latest advances in cancer care to our patients.
Most importantly, we understand the unique needs of cancer patients and are committed to caring for the whole person, not just the disease.

Our physicians and staff treat patients at over 18 locations throughout Arizona, including Flagstaff, Goodyear, Green Valley, Phoenix, Prescott Valley, Scottsdale, and Tucson.

Arizona Oncology has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Places to Work in Arizona!

Benefits:

We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K Profit Sharing Plan, Critical Care Insurance, Dental Insurance, Health Spending Account, Legal Insurance, Long-Term Care, Medical Insurance, Paid Time Off, Short and Long-Term Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, and Vision Insurance.

To make a difference in someone’s life, you don’t have to be brilliant, rich, beautiful, or perfect. You just have to care.

Responsibilities

In your role, you will:

  • Greet patients and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally; check in patients and inform clinical staff of patient arrivals.
  • Provide and explain paperwork for patients to complete prior to examinations; collect, verify for completeness, and file patient forms; update demographics and insurance information in the system; collect co-pays and balances.
  • Answer, screen, and respond to routine questions.
  • Complete patient check-in and check-out processes after examinations; schedule returning appointments according to physician and office guidelines.
  • Record patient cancellations and missed appointments; reschedule as needed; notify staff of cancellations and document in patient charts.
  • Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications

This position is open to all experience levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

What You Bring to the Team:
