Responsibilities

Greeting Patients: Welcome and assist patients as they enter the physician practice.
Phone Management: Answer office phones professionally and assist callers by scheduling appointments.
Patient Registration: Check in patients, collect demographic information, input data, and verify insurance.
Check-Out Assistance: Help patients with checkout, referrals, and scheduling future visits.
