Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our Patient Service Center in Austin, TX. You will greet patients, check them in, answer calls, and enter data into laboratory systems, providing courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and strong communication skills. You will support phlebotomists, uphold safety and privacy, and contribute to a patient-centered lab

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients as they enter the Patient Service Center.

• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist Phlebotomists with gathering tubes and supplies needed for drawing patients.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
