Qualifications

• Inbound call center experience and EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patient appointments from inbound queues.
• Provide courteous, professional patient interactions and service.
• Verify insurance eligibility and document financial responsibility.
• Accurately enter data into EPIC and maintain records.
• Meet productivity, QA scores, and reporting targets as assigned.
• Pre-register patients and route encounters to appropriate departments.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy guidelines in all communications.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve scheduling issues.
