Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role in healthcare or startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex appointment calendars while adhering to service standards; keep all parties informed.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and our digital platforms in English and Spanish.
• Collect and confirm information to schedule consults and follow-ups.
• Escalate urgent scheduling needs or conflicts to the operations team.
• Ensure relevant documentation is updated in our systems.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements to efficiency.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
