Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and support clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the scheduling of hospital procedures and support the daily operations of our scheduling team.
• Be the friendly voice patients hear when they call, communicating clearly and positively.
• Stay organized and keep track of important details to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with the team to provide excellent patient care in a collaborative environment.
• Assist front office tasks including greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information.
• Understand insurance processes and help patients navigate them.
