Responsibilities

• Pre-registers and schedules patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services, updating guarantor information and insurance eligibility as needed.
• Coordinates scheduling of services including ancillary and procedure scheduling within the EHR.
• Handles incoming calls, follow-up and referral queues, and ticket scheduling to ensure efficient patient flow.
