PACIFIC CATARACT & LASER INSTITUTE is seeking a patient services coordinator to handle appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and transportation requests. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail in a busy clinic.

The successful candidate will work with a site manager and optometrists, providing courteous service and accurate information to patients. This is a part-time position with hours varying by location and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work with a team to achieve goals.
• Strong listening and organizational abilities.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient and optometrist contact for appointment scheduling.
• Assist with billing procedures and out-of-pocket expense inquiries.
• Coordinate transportation requests as needed.
• Provide friendly, accurate information to patients and staff.
• Support clinic operations and maintain patient records with care.
