Job description

The Opportunity: The Patient Sales Representative at 77 Plastic Surgery is a foundational role for the business. You will be on the front lines helping women from all over the world to look and feel their best through safe, proven, and transformational nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic, health, and wellness services. You’ll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for new patient leads by adding a personalized touch to engage with our potential new patients, utilizing various modes of communication (chat, text, email, phone, and video). You will be directly responsible for building relationships with new patient prospects, converting qualified leads into opportunities for our sales team, and providing exceptional patient service. In this role, you will partner with the Director of Sales to identify opportunities for improving our team’s conversion rate. As a Patient Sales Representative, you’ll have the opportunity for professional progression into other functional areas within the Sales & Marketing Teams. For this position, we are looking for someone located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Responsibilities:
  1. Contact inbound leads via chat, text, phone, email, and video.
  2. Schedule appointments with potential patients for our sales team.
  3. Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process.
  4. Build long-term raving fan relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Manage and track leads and related sales activities in GoHighLevel CRM, Google Sheets, and practice management software.
  6. Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on progress.

Please note: The successful employee must be available to contact all new inbound leads within 5 minutes during the hours of Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm Pacific Time.

Qualifications:
  1. Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals.
  2. You love talking with and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals.
  3. A sharp and hungry mindset, with pure excitement for a career in plastic surgery sales.
  4. A growth mentality – you have a self-motivated approach to learning and development.
  5. A natural intellectual curiosity coupled with resolute grit.
  6. Native fluent English speaker with a high smile and positive energy.
  7. Previous customer service experience is highly desired.
  8. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal – no fear of the phone, of Zoom, of meetings, of texting, or of writing emails – strong ability to effectively deliver clear, concise communication.
  9. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  10. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  11. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  12. Experience in utilizing CRM systems (we use GoHighLevel CRM).
  13. Proficient in all Google Workspace applications including Google Mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Chat.
  14. Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
Compensation:

$2,000 - $3,000 monthly + bonus
