Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct continual observation of patients requiring special precautions to ensure a safe environment during their hospital stay.
• Sits with the assigned patient at all times during their shift and assists the RN to provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and employees.
• Maintains professional behavior when dealing with issues or conflicts, using appropriate resources as needed.
