Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, summarizes, and reports on patient safety activity to hospital and department management.
• Manages the occurrence/event reporting system across the organization and ensures the integrity of data.
• Reviews all patient incident/event reports and conducts investigations in cooperation with Risk Management.
