Responsibilities include analyzing events, performing root-cause analyses, and developing education for staff on risk and safety. Requires RN/CPPS/CPHRM preferences and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to build relationships and facilitate multidisciplinary groups.
• Ability to prioritize a diverse workload under pressure and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Federal and State risk management statutes (PSQIA).
• Ability to research, prepare reports, and implement strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
