Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks a Clinical Risk Manager to review and prioritize events, reduce patient safety risks, and lead cross-functional teams. You will partner with Claims Management and Performance Improvement to drive evidence-based risk reduction and education across departments.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of clinical experience with patient safety/risk management and familiarity with Epic RL Solutions. This full-time role requires on-site work with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or nursing.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 2+ years in patient safety or risk management with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with Epic and RL Solutions preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze reported clinical and organizational events for risk.
• Identify risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies with interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead education and action plans to improve patient safety and high reliability.
• Coordinate with Claims Management for liability discussions and follow-up.
• Present trends to leadership and support disclosure/documentation decisions.
• Support emergency preparedness and risk assessments with clinical/administrative teams.
• Takes 24/7 call on rotation and travel to Endeavor Health hospitals as needed.
