Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a health-related field is required.
• Two years of healthcare quality, performance improvement, or patient safety experience required.
• Three years in patient safety or quality roles preferred.
• CPPS certification and Lean certification are preferred.
• RN license in the state of practice is preferred.
• Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Support improvement projects using Lean and PDSA, collect data, track actions and monitor outcomes.
• Participate in patient safety rounding and promote Just Culture and safety initiatives; track metrics.
• Assist in root cause analyses; document findings and track corrective actions.
• Coach staff on error-prevention tools and reliability practices; support education sessions.
• Collect and organize quality data; prepare reports for committees; assist with accreditation readiness.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education

Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field

CPPS certification

Lean certification

RN license (preferred)
