Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Specializes in bringing change through surveillance and analysis of clinical and operational processes.
• Performs systematic review of complex processes related to Piedmont Clinic's Patient Safety Management Program including multidisciplinary root cause analysis, safety rounding and internal audits.
• Drives quality improvement through collection and dissemination of reliable information related to quality, safety and service.
