Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a healthcare related field, business, or engineering field, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years quality hospital experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and report metrics.
• Demonstrated collaboration with department and organization leadership across levels.

Responsibilities

• Establishes agenda topics for the monthly Quality Improvement Committee of the Hospital Medical Staff (QICHMS).
• Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct in handling sensitive information.
• Reviews safety events for clinical areas, ensures correct harm levels and proper follow-up documentation.
• Leads through change with flexibility and adaptability in evolving healthcare environments.
• Engages with MCD committees and leaders to support quality and safety in a matrixed organization.
• Coordinates systemization versus practical variation in hospital-wide planning and policies.
