Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Designs QI studies, develops evaluation criteria, and assists departments with data collection and analysis.
• Reviews patient care information and reports to assess quality care issues.
• Creates reports for tracking QI activities, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Delivers education on data analysis to clinical QI teams.
• Attends department QI meetings and provides input on problem ID and resolution.
• May support hospital programs by reviewing charts and recording improvement actions.
• Monitors QC, conducts periodic maintenance tracking for equipment, and oversees inventory.
