Qualifications

• Master's degree required; in lieu, 10 years' experience in patient safety, risk management or quality management may be considered
• CPPS, CPHRM or CPHQ certification may substitute for Master's degree

• Manages the day to day operations of the Patient Safety Program.
• Promotes a strong patient safety culture.
• Provides education to improve patient safety culture and high reliability across the organization.
