Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare or related field required.
• 5-7 years of healthcare patient safety experience.
• 5-7 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of patient safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze risk assessments and safety metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to foster safety culture and high reliability.
• Drive change management across clinical and administrative teams.
• Educate through workshops and CEU activities for leadership in patient safety.
• Monitor safety performance and prepare reports for oversight committees.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient safety work product.
