This role conducts thorough reviews of patient safety events and collaborates with senior leaders to classify events and lead Root Cause Analyses using a Just Culture approach, driving safer processes and a stronger safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-facilitate root cause analyses using a Just Culture approach.
• Review patient safety events and classify them per guidelines with senior leaders.
• Support improvement projects from good catches and sentinel events.
• Coordinate redesign efforts and create an environment that supports change.
• Collect and present data showing improvement results and impact.
