Qualifications

• Recent experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate to the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the patient including care, personal hygiene, mobility.
• Creates a safe environment for patients.
• Reports changes or concerns to the nurse or healthcare team.
• Delivers high level customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
• Participates in hand-off reports on patient and department needs.
