Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong observational and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to maintain a safe environment in high stress settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide uninterrupted patient observation to prevent safety incidents.
• Escalate concerns to nursing staff promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain privacy and security of patient information.
• Assist with patient ambulation under RN supervision when needed.
• Participate in hand-offs and shift change communications.
