Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Safety Observer to monitor patient conditions under direct supervision and provide compassionate attention to patients in a clinical setting.

You will ensure a safe environment, observe patient needs, and communicate important information to the nursing staff. This role requires high school diploma, CPR/BLS, and ability to work day shifts with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Certification: Care Companion class completion within two weeks of start date.
• CPR BLS from ARC or AHA.
• Ability to read and exchange information with patients and others.
• Basic arithmetic and data entry into logs/records.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor the condition of patients under supervision, providing compassionate attention while ensuring a safe environment.
• Assist with patient supervision and maintain safety in a clinical setting.
• Record and communicate patient information as required by the department.
