Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous safety observation of assigned patients to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain 15-minute patient checks and document observations per policy.
• Report issues immediately to the licensed clinical charge person.
