Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CNA or in a mental/behavioral health role preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide close observation of patients under nursing supervision.
• Communicate with nursing staff regarding patient conditions.
• Maintain logs and records as required.
• Stay with patients during bathroom visits.
• Use behavior management strategies to handle agitated patients.
