Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's condition and behavior visually and audibly.
• Complete observation reports at established intervals.
• Interacts hospitably with staff, patients, and visitors.
• Respond rapidly and thoroughly to emergencies.
• Assist patient with meals and mobility.
