Responsibilities

• Watch over patients designated as risk-to-self.
• Assist patients with walking.
• Communicate with the patient care team throughout the shift.
• Complete a thorough handoff with Patient Safety Associates and RNs.
• Assist in meal setup and patient feeding.
• Assist with personal and oral hygiene and dressing.
• Keep the room clean to improve patient and family experience.
