Job summary

Responsibilities

• Watches over patients designated as risk-to-self.
• Assists patients with walking and mobility.
• Communicates with the patient care team throughout the shift.
• Completes thorough handoffs with RNs and Patient Safety Associates.
• Assists with patient meals and nourishment, including feeding.
• Engages patients and families, providing basic emotional support.
• Assists with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Keeps patient rooms clean and organized.
