Responsibilities

  • Observe and communicate patient needs to the Registered Nurse.
  • Intervene to protect the patient, reorient, talk to, or call for assistance as needed.
  • Remain near the patient's bedside as directed.
  • Respond efficiently to patient requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • BLS Certification

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar setting
  • Enrolled in Nursing Assistant or Practical Nursing Program
