Avita Health System in Crestline, OH seeks a Patient Receivables and Cash Posting Manager to lead the Patient Financial Services Team. You will oversee claim posting, patient receivables, and customer service, ensuring timely postings, accurate reconciliations, and strong collections performance.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff training, and collaboration across hospital and physician billing.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, Medicare Secondary Payer, ABN rules, and billing compliance
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and payer rules
• Active pursuit of advanced degree or certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee Claim Posting, Patient Receivable, and Customer Service departments.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments to hospital and physician systems.
• Maximize and timely collection of patient responsibility amounts.
• Provide targeted employee training and complete reports and special projects
