Job summary

Indiana University Health, Inc. is seeking a qualified Individual Solutions Coordinator to resolve patient inquiries and support internal account resolution.

You will collaborate with other departments to address issues and uphold productivity and quality standards while handling higher complexity tasks. Ideal candidates have Revenue Cycle experience, knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance, and strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• For ISC, Indiana State Navigator's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Process correspondence and portal requests.
• Research account questions and document actions.
• Maintain written communication standards.
• Manage inventory, turnaround time, and backlog.
• Maintain call-handling proficiency.
• Provide backup call coverage based on call demand, staffing, service levels, or leadership direction.
• Escalate complex concerns through Team Lead or internal escalation pathway.
• Coordinate phone coverage with WFM and Team Leads based on operational need.
