ClaimAid is seeking a Patient Resource Advocate to help individuals and families determine eligibility and enroll in subsidized health care coverage. You will be part of a team committed to making a positive community impact.

The role includes training to obtain the Indiana Navigator license, a requirement of the position, and offers a comprehensive benefits package with starting pay of $18.00/hour for a full-time schedule in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing to obtain Indiana Navigator License.
• Administrative work experience and organizational expertise.
• Experience following HIPAA regulations is valued.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility and enroll individuals in subsidized health care coverage.
• Support families as a Patient Resource Advocate with enrollment processes.
• Complete Indiana Navigator license training as part of the role.
