Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with courteous, caring, and professional assistance.
• Register patients and manage dismissal at the end of visits.
• Answer telephone calls in a clear, professional manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Collect and verify demographic and insurance information; enter into systems.
• Process payments and issue receipts; maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Use office equipment (fax, printer, scanner) effectively.
• Interact with coworkers, physicians, and patients.
• Perform other duties as needed.
