Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers calls for multiple clinics using standard greetings.
• Schedule appointments and capture patient information.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient records.
• Provide information on appointment details and clinic guidelines.
• Resolve patient questions promptly to support satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to meet KPI goals.
