Patient Relations Managers (PRMs) are integral, acting as insurance experts across centers. They advocate for patients by helping navigate insurance options and bills, and serve as resources for the care and outreach teams regarding Medicare and eligibility. PRMs play a key role during Open Enrollment, ensuring patients are informed of their options.
This role reports to the Manager of Care Services and offers significant advancement opportunities.

Pay Range: $21.10 - $49.08 per hour, based on experience and other factors. Role may include bonuses or incentives.
