Rebound is seeking a Registration Representative to join our Vancouver, WA clinic. This full-time role checks in patients, collects copays, posts to accounts and communicates financial policies, ensuring smooth patient flow in a busy clinic.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (GED) and healthcare front office experience, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, HIPAA awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurances, benefits and contracts.
• Ability to manage difficult and stressful situations.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation to communicate patient information.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and collect copays.
• Post to patient accounts and explain credit policies.
• Explain differences between contracted and non-contracted insurance.
• Provide after-visit summaries and schedule follow-ups.
• Assist the clinical team with insurance questions and paperwork.
