Job summary

Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery in Vancouver, WA, is hiring a full-time Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, coordinate staffing, patient care systems, and resources. This role supports staff and providers through supervision, coaching, policy administration, and performance management while partnering with leadership to improve processes and meet strategic objectives.

You will supervise, coach, and develop staff, manage budgets, and drive process improvements while ensuring HIPAA

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Health Care field preferred.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • 8–10 years of experience in a clinical setting working directly with patients and medical providers.
  • Three plus previous supervisor or clinic management experience.
  • Epic EHR experience strongly preferred.

  • Manage staffing operations with the staffing supervisor, including scheduling, timecards, time off, and compliance with break and lunch requirements.
  • Assist with budget development, monitor adherence, meet assigned metrics, and maintain dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to maximize revenue, address concerns, and improve department performance and clinic processes.
  • In collaboration with Human Resources, support the development, administration, and enforcement of policies and procedures, including safety and professional behavior standards.
  • Collect data, prepare reports, answer correspondence, and compile statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
  • Respond to patient complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Schedule and conduct monthly meetings for assigned staff and attend ad hoc meetings as appropriate.
  • Serve as project lead when assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant or LPN certified preferred, other credentials considered.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a clinical setting working directly with patients and medical providers.
  • Three plus previous supervisor or clinic management experience. Epic EHR experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical practice operations and policy and procedures.Knowledge of fiscal management, human resource management, and healthcare administration principles.
  • Skill in gathering, analyzing and interpreting information.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving, decision making and adhere to policies and protocols.
  • Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
  • Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to maintain a safe work environment, including the ability to maintain quality control standards.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
  • Ability to train, mentor and motivate staff and physicians, working well as part of a team and as a leader
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
  • Ability to read, understand and respond to detailed oral and written instructions, including communicating clearly.
Physical Requirements:
  • Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
  • Requires ability to handle multiple demands at times.
  • Requires working under stressful conditions and working irregular hours.
  • Occasional exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
  • This position is required to be on site and may require travel to various clinics in Oregon and Washington.
