Job summary

Cox Monett is seeking a friendly Registration Specialist II to support on-site patient check-in and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits. You will collect accurate demographic and insurance information and manage patient financial obligations at the point of service.

The role requires proficient computer skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Some travel between sites and extended hours may be required to meet department needs.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1–2 years registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for scheduled and unscheduled visits, collecting demographic and insurance information.
• Handle patient financial obligations at the time of service and assist with financial clearance on assigned accounts.
• Greet and assist patients and staff professionally; may require travel between sites and extended hours.
