• Explain hospital policies and patient rights to families.
• Ensure accurate entry of demographic information into the ADT system.
• Identify patients to prevent duplicate medical record numbers.
• Meet CMS billing requirements and document in the system.
• Enter data into the ADT system with emphasis on accuracy for reimbursement.
