No healthcare background? No problem—training is provided. You will handle multiple computer systems, answer calls, gather information, and support patients during stressful moments while collaborating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Register patients across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused.
• Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details (with training).
• Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations.
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns.
