This full-time position offers a pay rate of $17.20+ per hour, day-one benefits, and opportunities for annual incentive compensation based on performance.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• Keyboard/data entry and PC experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers appropriately and treat all customers courteously.
• Ensure patient registration is completed accurately and on time.
• Data entry as needed and call clients to confirm orders.
• Handle inquiries by telephone and in person and collect payments if applicable.
• Maintain records and documentation and follow policies.
