Qualifications

• One year customer service experience
• Keyboard/data entry and PC experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Medical Terminology knowledge preferred
• English language proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and treat all customers courteously
• Ensure patient registration is completed accurately and on time
• Data entry as needed
• Verify test orders and obtain accurate billing information
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person
• Collect payments when applicable
• Maintain records and documentation
• Adhere to HIPAA compliance and department policies
• Order necessary supplies and assist with special projects
